Advanced Technology Provides the Springboard to Success at Realty Oasis
Realtor Mark Eibner has been developing and perfecting an electronic
platform that manages every aspect of the real estate business from listing presentation
through closing, allowing Realtors the freedom to do business from any location where a
phone line or wireless connection is available. As Managing Broker of Realty Oasis,
Eibner will eventually share his system with 200 broker/owners who decide to make the
move to Colorado’s newest and most technologically-advanced real estate company.
As former broker/owner of Metro Broker’s Acemarkhomes.com, Eibner
demonstrated exactly how well his system will work to boost the sales production of even
the most prolific producers. In 2000, he personally closed over $36 million in total sales
volume representing 195 transactions.
“The system we have in place at Realty Oasis is one of the most advanced
programs in the real estate industry today,” Eibner says. “It works from Windows
exchange and terminal servers overlayed with the highly-acclaimed Citrix Software
package for remote access. The initial investment was high (over $100,000), but it
enabled me to spend a lot more time performing productive tasks, and I was able to easily
handle nearly 200 transactions in 2000.”
Eibner’s system is easily expandable and Realty Oasis will add additional servers as
the company grows, eventually hosting 200 full-time agents out of it’s Meridian Business
Park headquarters.
“This system was developed using off-the-shelf, industry standard real estate
software and includes familiar products such as: Realfa$t Contracts, Professional Real
Estate Presentations (PREP), “Quick List” Market Analysis and Microsoft Outlook, all
running on a Windows 2000 platform,” Eibner says. “The learning curve for most brokers
will be minimal since many of them are already using these software products. The only
difference is that with Realty Oasis, it’s all available on-line.”
Eibner has already attracted some of metro Denver’s top agents to Realty Oasis,
including former Coldwell Banker DTC managing broker Scott Thompson. In addition to
the advanced real estate marketing system at Realty Oasis, the company will offer on-
premise mortgage services through Arrowhead Funding and founding partner Jerry
Grasmick, and title services through Meridian Title, LLC. The agents at Realty Oasis will
have a vested interest in both companies.
Realty Oasis is an agent-owned enterprise. Real estate, mortgage, as well as
appraisal and home-inspection services will provide enhanced revenue to the company’s
Broker/Owners.
