Revolutionizing the Commercial Real Estate Industry

NB3 aims to become the Industry standard for online management and marketing of Commercial Real Estate. Through an aggressive M&A and partnering strategy, NB3, Inc. plans to consolidate CRE technology companies to provide a suite of "best in class" web-based tools and services for the industry. The global Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry is a multi-trillion dollar market that is fragmented and prone to inefficiencies. There are no market leaders.

There are no industrywide or global standards for conducting business. Billions of dollars are lost through inefficient asset management. Billions of dollars are spent on intermediaries and duplicated management efforts. The CRE industry has been slow to embrace technology but is beginning to recognize the enormous potential of the Internet. Almost daily new companies are emerging with Web-based applications to improve all aspects of the industry but they are often just reinforcing old methodologies. At the same time large real estate companies, very often competing real estate companies, are forming consortia to fund enterprising start-ups but are proving to be ineffective and mismanaged. No one is concentrating on the industry as a whole.
