Costa del Sol property agents network formed

Agents and the public alike can use the Costa del Sol Property Agents Network website to view property details, photographs and obtain information and advice on property matters.
Buyers guides, maps and legal advice from lawyers [Abogaado's] is always available.

Real Estate agents whether GIPE. or APE members can now all utilise the database which should certainlt streamline the location of a specif property requirement.

The buying public can be assured that all the agents participating are fully licensed and registered and the commission rates are the lowest.
Prices and Commissions:

The first thing you should understand is that the same property can be "on sale" with more than one agent and therefore offered for sale at differing prices.
The Vendor [seller] will have an agreement with the agent to pay a commission upon completion of a sale to a client he has introduced.
The commission to be paid is always reflected in the final price negotiated.
Commissions can vary from 5% to 15% or more when multiple agents and referral fees are involved.
Therefore we recommend you use an agent based in the area where you are looking, in order to reduce the amount of agents involved, and any referral or multiple commissions.
None of the property prices on the Costa del Sol Property Index include more than 5% commission which is well below the average. None of the agents in our network charge more than 5%, they are all approved GIPE or API members, and provide an excellent service, you will not find property cheaper anywhere else.
All new developments have the sales commissions included in the price, you will pay the same price whether you go direct to the development site or with an agent so choose an agent who offers the best service and attends you with a senior member of staff.
You will be much better served if you can give as much information regarding your requirements in advance of your visit here, and to make an appointment, rather than just turning up on the doorstep of an agents office, we are all very busy, the senior staff are often booked up with clients several days in advance.
