PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY’S FORMER HEADQUARTERS FOR SALE
Andrew B. Zezas, President of Real Estate Strategies Corporation announced that Prospect Plaza Office Campus, a three building, 60,000 square foot office campus on five acres in West Orange, New Jersey, is available for sale for the first time. Prospect Plaza Office Campus was part of the headquarters complex of Organon Inc., the US subsidiary of an international pharmaceuticals company. Two years ago, Mr. Zezas, a twenty year real estate industry veteran, arranged for Organon Inc. to acquire a 443,000 square foot office building for the Company’s headquarters in Roseland, New Jersey.
