Real Estate Secrets Exposed

Renegade Real Estate expert W. Troy Swezey has written the eBook, “Real Estate Secrets Exposed” and offers it free of charge on his website www.TroyIsMyRealtor.com.

Troy has written numerous articles which are widely published on the Internet and has finally decided to take the step into eBook authorship.
“You can only say so much in an article that is 700 words or so. I figured that it was time to put it all together and write a book. My vision was to have the book be filled with useful information yet not too long or difficult to read” Troy said.

“A very well respected author friend of mine, and a great cook, Cajun Clark from www.cajunclarks.com/busyolmon.htm said the other day, "I'll tell you this though, it's very well written, excellent examples, covers the gamut, and is something you should be proud of" and coming from a man who has written some fantastic cook books, that made me know that I had hit it on the head.”

Troy decided to give the book away for free on his website despite concerns from other authors and fellow Realtors. “Some authors have told me that I am crazy for giving this away. They said that I should be charging at least $20 for this type of information. Perhaps I will start charging for it but I will definitely keep it free for a little while longer. The funniest thing though, has been when other real estate agents will call or email me and tell me that I shouldn’t give this information out. They say it makes them look bad. That was not my point. My point was to show the public that there are some good Realtors out here that are still concerned with helping their clients reach the American Dream and are not simply concerned with the size of their commission check.”

The eBook is written in a style that is very easy to read. Troy has chosen not to use lingo or jargon from his industry and has included many real life examples from his experience.

The one thing that I asked myself as I finished reading Troy's eBook was how could a Realtor in the Los Angeles area help me if I live in another part of the country? “The fact is that I have access to the finest real estate agents in the country. Sure, you could pick up the telephone directory and just call real estate offices at random, but you never know who you will get a hold of on the other end of the line. Wouldn’t you agree that it would be better for you to call me and say, “Troy, I need you to introduce me to the best Realtor in my area to help me buy or sell a home?” Troy said.

This eBook is a must read for anyone who is now beginning to imagine investing in or selling real estate. And if Troy does ever decide to start charging for this super book, it will still be a great investment.
