CHARLES DUNN COMPANY COMPLETED $6 MILLION SALES TRANSACTION IN SEAL BEACH
Charles Dunn Company, a full-service commercial real estate firm, has sold a 30,624 SF office building from Custom Management Partners to Mitchell Land and Improvement for $6 million. The three-story building is located at 13001 Seal Beach Blvd. in Seal Beach, Calif.
Greg Gill, Senior Managing Director at Charles Dunn’s Seal Beach office, represented both the buyer, Mitchell Land and Improvement and the seller, Custom Management Partners.
“The seller decided to take advantage of the market, thus achieved a high-price for the building,” said Gill. “This property fit the buyer’s portfolio perfectly with its class A status, the close freeway location and the fact that the building was 100% leased at time of sell.”
