Weiss Realty Corp. (TWR) of Melville, NY, a real estate development and management company representing 600,000 square feet of commercial space throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties, has announced two new tenants leasing office space in TWR Melville properties.

Denver Solutions Group (DSG) – www.dsgroup.com -- has leased 1,711 square feet at TWR’s owned and managed Melville Corporate Center I at 105 Maxess Road. DSG, incorporated in Colorado in 1991 as an IBM business partner, focuses on IT solutions, and today, has regional offices nationwide. Mariela Knight of T. Weiss Realty negotiated the lease.

At TWR’s owned and managed office building, Melville Corporate Center II at 330 South Service Road, Fixed Income Securities (FIS) -- www.fis-inc.com -- is making its Long Island home with 4,135 square feet. A bond business services firm, FIS, with locations in Colorado, New York, Texas and California, offers fixed-income professionals with a website, providing the ability to see several thousand fixed-income offerings. The lease was brokered by Gregg Carlin of Ribco Real Estate representing FIS; Marci Skeahan represented T. Weiss Realty.
