Commercial Quality Property Management Software Finally Affordable for Small Real Estate Investor.
In the past, the vast majority of property management software was offered to large real estate investors or property management companies. The software options were generally complex to use and learn, or very expensive and substantially increased in price as investors added more buildings and/or units to their real estate portfolios. The software applications that were available for small real estate investors with 1-100 properties were limited in both selection and functionality. What LandlordMax Software Inc. discovered is that the majority of landlords with small real estate portfolios used MS Excel as their software option, forcing many of them to learn the complexities of MS Excel to maintain and generate reports on even the smallest amount of data.
Seeing this void in the marketplace, LandlordMax Software Inc. created a new property management software application called LandlordMax specifically designed for these real estate investors. According to the president of LandlordMax Software Inc., Stephane Grenier, the design of the LandlordMax was focused around four main criteria: to be extremely easy to use, provide all the functionality needed for a landlord (data management for accounting, workorders, buildings, tenants, vendors, etc), offer extensive reporting, and be affordably priced. In addition to being affordable, LandlordMax is one of the very few property management software applications in the marketplace that has no limitations on the quantities of data that can be entered. Since the release of LandlordMax version 1.00, LandlordMax Software Inc. has continuously received positive feedback and is already scheduled to be showcased in one publication as an example of excellence in user interface design. Specifically, the majority of feedback to LandlordMax Software Inc. has been focused on either the ease of use of the software or the value (functionality as compared to price).
The price of LandlordMax version 1.00 is $125.00 USD, but is currently available online for a limited time introductory price of $99.95 USD.
