HarmonHomes.com, a leading national real estate Web site, announces that more people are visiting the site, spending more time there, and viewing more pages, according to recent data from the comScore Media Metrix ratings service.
According to April 2003 comScore data, the average HarmonHomes.com visitor spent 18.4 minutes on the site, ranking it seventh out of the top 50 real estate sites. The average visitor also viewed an average of 23 pages. In this regard, HarmonHomes.com ranked twelfth out of the top 50 sites.
HarmonHomes.com’s high traffic numbers demonstrate a larger trend at work, which is the growing popularity of Internet usage for real estate purposes. For example, comScore reported that during the month of April, 18.3 percent of all Internet users, or 26 million people, searched for real estate online.
