“Florida’s first talking New home descriptions launched by Youspeak Network and Inland Homes”
Inland Homes, a premier new home builder in the Central Florida area, and Youspeak.net, an innovative multi-media web developer, have joined together to offer the first talking web site that allows new home builders and their sales agents a way to discuss the features and benefits of their homes and communities on the web. Using innovative audio solutions pioneered by Youspeak.net, Inland Homes can now offer their web site visitors the opportunity to listen to welcome messages from Inland’s community sales agents, describing their particular community, the amenities of their homes, and daily inventory updates and specials.
“This has been a wonderful addition to our web site functionality” says Jerry Westbrock, Director of Sales with Henderson Brothers/Brandon LLC, an Inland Homes franchisee. “It has been warmly received by our sales Agents and our clients. We have heard from our web site visitors that they feel more “at-home” and “welcomed” by the personal greetings and invitations from our Agents. It allows them to experience a “virtual meeting” before they make a telephone call to us”.

This new Audio service allows us to speak directly to our web visitors, so they can hear it, first-hand, from our people”.
The Youspeak.net system is designed to be easy-to-use, so Sales Agents on-the-go can record new messages about inventory updates and new incentives immediately. Bill Bledsoe, President of Youspeak.net explains. “Our service is a telephone-based solution that allows remote users to call-in from any telephone, record a message, and have that message converted automatically to a digital audio link. That Audio link can then be placed on any web site or email, immediately”. This application was developed for the Real-Estate industry, where ease-of-use, and speed to market is paramount.
