FSBO.. Put Your Property Listings Before Thousands World-Wide

Property owners that are trying to handle
the sale of their homes or other real estate on their own, are finding that
FSBO-Tennessee is opening up a whole new world of buyers for them.
Sellers opting to use the "For Sale By Owner" method of moving their property, now
have the advantage of exposing their property to Thousands through the use of
FSBO-Tennessee's Internet Web Site.

Prior to the advent of FSBO-Tennessee, if you wanted to sell your own property your
market was largely limited to those that happened to drive past the location and view
you "For Sale by Owner" sign. Even the purchase of classified ads in local papers
gave the seller a limited market.

Now, through the services offered by FSBO-Tennessee, sellers not only have their
sign in the yard for the locals, but they enjoy the ability to post their listing, along with photos on the company's web site. Each listing can include up to 6 color photographs of the property, as well as a complete description of the subject property. The client's listing remains posted for a total of 6 months.

While property owners may reside in any location, only listings for property located
within the state of Tennessee are currently being accepted. FSBO-Tennessee is
currently offering to produce a "portfolio" of up to 6 digital images of the listed
property at no extra charge. The offer is limited, however, to properties located
within 50-miles of La Follette, TN, though plans are underway to expand that area
in the near future.

FSBO-Tennessee clients receive their listings, complete with up to 6 digital photos for a period of 6-months for just $250.00 per listing. The listing can also be extended for an additional 6-months at 40% off the regular listing price.
