RealtyRates.com's "Market Survey" Joins "Investor Survey" In New CCIM Institute Course
Commercial real estate information service provider RealtyRates.com has announced that its quarterly "Market Survey" has been selected for inclusion in a required post designation CCIM Institute continuing education course, joining the firm's quarterly "Investor Survey" which was added to the course in March.
According to the course developer, Ralph D. Spencer, CCIM, SIOR of Orlando, FL-based Innovative Learning, LLC, students in the "Case Studies in Acquisition Analysis" course will access special edition, co-branded copies of RealtyRates.com's "Investor Survey" and "Developer Survey" on CD in order to complete assigned exercises. The course itself addresses the continuing education requirements that must be met by all designated CCIMs.
The CCIM Institute (http://www.ccim.com) is an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). The institute confers the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation through an extensive curriculum and experiential requirements. The CCIM designation was established in 1969 and is recognized as the mark of professionalism and knowledge in commercial investment real estate.
Bradenton, FL-based RealtyRates.com's "Investor Survey" is a quarterly compilation of national commercial real estate mortgage and equity requirements and capitalization and discount rates, while the "Market Survey" provides national, regional, and metro area rental, occupancy, sales, and operating expense data, information essential to the valuation, acquisition, marketing, financing, and disposition of income producing property. All surveys, including a third known as the "Developer Survey," are produced in both PDF and HTML versions and are distributed electronically via the firm's Web site at http://www.RealtyRates.com.
