Meridian Homes is set to start construction on several new homes at Watkins Farm, a gorgeous “rural estate” neighborhood featuring 2.4-acre homesites and breathtaking views of the Front Range. Pre-construction buyers who visit Watkins Farm during November and December, will find homes priced from the high $200’s, with delivery available as soon as summer 2003.
