Greg Margheim Joins Fuller Towne & Country Properties

Margheim is a member of the Denver Board of Realtors. He holds a BS degree in Marketing and a MBA from The University of Wyoming. Upon graduation in 1978, Margheim began working as a business software integration specialist. He turned his business into a highly-successful consultancy and sold the company in 2000, staying on for a year in an advisory role.

At the conclusion of his contract, Margheim began looking for a new challenge and direction in which to focus his energy. He decided residential real estate marketing and development would be a perfect venue for his business acumen.

“I truly enjoy working in a consultative capacity,” Margheim said. “I have confidence in my ability to help clients make sound real estate decisions. When a customer retains my services, they are investing in my skills as a researcher, a negotiator, and an administrator. I set the bar very high for myself and my goal is to meet, and in most cases exceed client expectations.”

In addition to his role as a buyer and seller representative, Margheim is working
towards establishing relationships with renovation contractors for the purpose of home
remodeling and resale investment properties. He services the residential needs of clients throughout the Denver metro area, with special consideration for the south metro area, including Greenwood Village, where he resides.

“When I started researching firms with which to affiliate, I really wanted to establish myself with a company that has a reputation for top-drawer services,”

Margheim said. “I had several offers and opportunities to join other companies, but Fuller Towne & Country Properties was the perfect fit for my expectations and aspirations.”
