Real Estate Investor Manager 1.5 Released

Michael Bartmon Computer Services – an experienced supplier of real estate and accounting solutions announced the release of version 1.5 of their Real Estate Investor Manager. Investor Manager is designed to expedite the management of Real Estate Investment Partnerships and the printing and control of distribution checks.

The program was originally custom designed for a Real Estate Partnership management company. It has been released in a general version that meets the needs of most real estate investment managers. It will make the distribution of checks and the management of your partnerships and investors easier. It will also provide you with the management and accounting reports that you need.

Investor Manager was developed in cooperation with real estate professionals by computer systems professionals who have created real estate systems for over 20 years. The new features of version 1.5 include:

* A Check Layout Editor to allow the customization of distribution checks.
* Withholding tax handling.
* A larger payee name field for complex investor names.

The standard features:

* No limit on Partnerships or Investors.
* Distributions can be:
- Multiples of a regular distribution on a Partnership by Partnership or Investor by Investor basis.
- Percentage of a total dollar pay-out.
* Inactive Investors are kept until year-end.
* Prints distribution checks on any laser printer.
* Investor accounts are updated automatically after checks are processed.
* Investor interest can be allocated and transferred with ease.
* Prints Check Registers and maintains check records.
* Easily replace distribution checks when necessary.
* Try the program at no cost for 21 days. Fully functional except that it will not print negotiable checks

Real Estate Investor Manager runs on all Microsoft Windows platforms.
