Short Sales are becoming more and more popular and with the downward spiral of ecomony over the last 4 years mortgage lenders have been searching for a way to avoid costly foreclosures.

I've doing short sale investing for about 4 months. So far I have closed 3 deals. In my opinion they are the wave of the future and I'm happy I chose to learn this strategy.
