USD Students To Receive Real-World San Diego Real Estate Advice
Students at the University of San Diego (USD) will get the opportunity to learn about the San Diego housing market during the student workshop series scheduled for March 2004. San Diego real estate consultants, Geoffrey and Anne-Marie Schiering, will discuss market conditions and provide information about buying and selling real estate in San Diego.
The student workshop program is designed to give USD students practical knowledge and tools that they will need to succeed after graduation. More than 80 percent of students surveyed listed real estate and home buying as specific interests for the workshops.
Topics to be discussed by the speakers and during the question/answer session include: Housing Prices, Home Financing, Property Investment Tips and Techniques, San Diego MLS Listings, Realtors, and Online Real Estate Tools.
Anne-Marie Schiering is a licensed California Realtor®. Anne-Marie earned her Masters of International Business (M.I.B.A.) degree in 1992 from the University of San Diego. Having earned respect and experience as a financial analyst and manager for an international Fortune 500 company, Anne-Marie has been a full-time real estate consultant since 1999.
Geoffrey Schiering is a licensed California Real Estate Broker / Realtor®. Geoffrey attended the University of San Diego School Of Business in 1991/1992 and earned a J.D./M.B.A. degree at the University of Cincinnati in 1995.
