A new national magazine for top-tier real estate professionals debuts this month with in-depth articles celebrating America’s highest-performing real estate professionals and their personal stories.lore, The Lives of Real Estate, developed by Littleton-based REAL Trends, Inc, will be delivered to a target audience that includes 40,000 sales professionals and management in the U.S. realty, mortgage and title industries whose annual incomes exceed $75,000.

“We've created a whole new niche in the publishing market. lore is the “People”magazine of the real estate industry,” said REAL Trends founder and lore editor Steve Murray. “lore focuses on the people who make up the $1.3 trillion-a-year housing industry -- not how many homes they sold or how much they earned, but who they are, what drives them so hard to succeed, what their passions are, where they like to travel, how they stay healthy, their personal time, and more.”

Anne Randolph, the Littleton publisher of lore, said the new magazine chronicles the people behind the financial numbers and sales awards, from the well-known Broker to the full-time staffer in the professional association.”

lore features include Personal Time, Model/Remodel, Health Maintenance, Cool Stuff, and Life After the biz, and Special Places – all told through the eyes of real estate professionals.

The publication sets new standards for real estate industry publications with high quality design, photography, and illustration and production values. Already a number of national advertisers have supported the Charter issue, out now.

Murray founded REAL Trends Inc. in 1987. Today the REAL Trends publishing and communications company is widely considered the leading source of analysis and information on the residential brokerage industry, including the REAL Trends 500 Report, an annual ranking of the nation’s top residential real estate companies.
