Charles Dunn Company, a full-service commercial real estate firm, has sold a 17,372 SF office building for approximately $3.25 million on behalf of Newport Capital Associates. The building is located at 255 N. Lone Hill Ave. in San Dimas, Calif.
Joe Faulkner, Robert Stover and Glenn Rudy – brokers in Charles Dunn’s downtown Los Angeles office along with Gene Page of the Seal Beach office, represented the seller, Newport Capital Advisors. The buyer, Christian Community Credit Union, was represented by Steve Gelber of Gelber Realty Corporation.
“This was a unique transaction that was part of a large portfolio of excess real estate owned by State Farm Insurance that was turned over to Newport Capital Advisors for disposition,” said Faulkner. “The price per square foot for an empty office building was high but generated a tremendous amount of activity. The transaction from initial marketing to close was less than 120 days which is extremely fast for an asset like this.”
