Executive Wireless, a provider of applications and services that enable professionals to securely access critical data using any mobile device on a wireless network, formally announces today its continued ability to serve the increasing demand from real estate professionals who employ a wireless device. This announcement comes on the heels of recent research findings from the United States National Real Estate Board, projecting that 23% of realtors will rely on a wireless device in 2004, up significantly from only 7% in 2002.
“Many people underestimate how technologically savvy realtors are, and have to be, to maintain success in such a competitive industry,” said Michael Grabham, CEO of Executive Wireless. “However, 99% of realtors are connected to the Internet, and now, more than ever, they need to take this connectivity on the road with them.”
Executive Wireless provides real estate agents in the US and Canada with industry-critical data any time, anywhere through the company’s Wireless Realty product. Wireless Realty is a software application for handheld computers and mobile phones, that allows realtors to obtain property, title, assessment and appraisal information using a single wireless device.
“Using Wireless Realty, realtors can quickly and easily search for properties by various property characteristics, such as number of bedrooms, baths, square feet and price, and even download a high-resolution color picture of the home,” explains Grabham. “In addition, Executive Real Estate contains a mortgage calculator and integrates with a mapping function that pinpoints the property for the viewer.”
Executive Wireless is already well-positioned to meet market demand in Santa Clara, San Mateo, Monterey, Santa Cruz and San Benito counties, as well as Seattle, Washington and major urban centers within Canada. As the wireless adoption rate continues to rise, Executive Wireless will continue to expand its market reach across the US and Canada.
Executive Real Estate is the first in a line of products being developed by Executive Wireless to benefit mobile sales professionals in many industries, including pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food and beverage, equipment, insurance, financial services and health care.
