The PRC Group is the recipient of the 2003 B.E.A.M. Award (Builders Employing Associate Members). The New Jersey Shore Builders Association (NJSBA) presented the award to encourage Builder members to use the goods and services offered by associate members and to recognize one Builder each year that best represents the significant teamwork between Builders and associate members. This honor commemorates strength, longevity and integrity in the industry. Steven Kaye, President of The PRC Group accepted the 2003 B.E.A.M. award at the annual Awards Dinner. This is the second time The PRC Group has received the award; first receiving it in 1996.
   
“At NJSBA, the B.E.A.M., is the most prestigious award that a builder can receive since the associate members vote for the recipient. For this reason, I am truly honored,” said Steven Kaye, President of The PRC Group. Mr. Kaye directs all facets of the company’s real estate development activities. He is the second generation of the Kaye family to lead The PRC Group and has been instrumental in the company’s expanded activities into residential and commercial development. Mr. Kaye has been a member of NJBA since 1993, and is a Past President of the New Jersey Shore Builders Association. He currently serves as Chair of the NJ Shore Builders Political Action Committee; serves on the NJBA Board of Directors, Builders Political Action Committee and the NAHB Board of Directors. He has been honored numerous times including the NJSBA 2000 Cornerstone Award, NJSBA 2001 Builder of the Year Award, and NJSBA 2002 Builder Continuous Service Award. In 2002, Governor McGreevey appointed Mr. Kaye to the New Jersey Development Council.
