Commercial Texas Negotiates 5,470 S.F. Sublease for Skylab Entertainment
– Commercial Texas LLC, a leading Austin-based commercial real estate services firm dedicated to providing clients with experienced and strategic real estate guidance, announces they have negotiated a 5,407 S.F. sublease for Skylab Entertainment Inc., an Austin-based video game studio dedicated to creating the next generation of interactive entertainment, at the Perry Brooks Building. The company sought space that both encouraged creativity and was economically strategic.
“Commercial Texas worked with us to secure space that fit our needs as a leading-edge game developer. We also wanted to leverage the current real estate market to create the most attractive terms possible,” stated Rick Stults, Skylab’s President and General Manager. “We are very excited to have such a cool space where we can focus on completing our premiere game title.”
Russell Young of Commercial Texas represented Skylab Entertainment. Bill Ball, with W. Ball Development Company, represented the sub-landlord.
