Do you need to Free Up Cash on your property? If so, then the Cash Flow 1.95% loan is what you need.

The cash flow program allows you or your clients’ to have a payment rate as low as 1.95%. This program is perfect for anyone that needs to free up cash to pay off bills or to invest in the Real Estate or Stock markets.

Below are several loan scenarios that will show you how much cash you will free up compared to a 30 year fixed @ 7.5%.

This loan is the most flexible of all loans offers you the 2.95% payment rate as well as interest only, (4.5%)** 30 year and 15 year payment at the fully indexed rate (4.5%).**. Fully indexed rate can change on a monthly basis however the minimum payment (2.95%) stays fixed for the entire year.

The maximum the minimum payment can adjust is 7.5% of the payment; not the interest rate, just the payment. For example 1,256 P&I would be the payment on 300,000 the second year the payment could raise a maximum of 1350.2; third year 1,451 and so on.

In addition, this index is based on the world economic markets and has been steadily coming down for the past 2 years. Therefore, even after the U.S. recovers from this recession, the world economy will take longer to bounce back. This will result in below market interest rates for years to come with this program. Currently the fully indexed rate is still @ 4.5% as of Jan. 18,2002.**
