Amercian Securities Building Purchased

Tyler Companies recently purchased the old American Securities Building on 15th Street in Washington DC. The purchase also allows the Tyler Companies to locate Tyler Mechanical Contracting - DC and Tyler-Donegan Real Estate in the building.

Chad Tyler, President of Tyler-Donegan Real Estate Services announced the opening of its third office today. The office is located on the sixth floor of the old Securities Building at 729 15th Street, Washington, DC which is one block from the White House. The building was recently purchased by the Securities Building 15th St., LLC, in which Tyler Companies principals are lead investors along with other co-investors.

Mr. Tyler noted,"It was a good chance for us to take advantage of an attractive investment opportunity, as well as further our efforts toward serving the real estate community of DC."

In addition, another Tyler Companies division, Tyler Mechanical Contracting - DC Division also has space in the building. Mr. Chris Doyle, Vice President of TMC-DC stated, "The opportunity for us to be located in the heart of DC where many of our mechanical and plumbing renovation projects are as well as sharing space in the same building with one of our sister companies was an opportunity we couldn't pass up. I feel that this location will greatly enhance our already award winning service to our clients."

TMC-DC is part of TMC-DC which is a thirty-five year- old mechanical/plumbing contractor.
