-- In a joint announcement, Dennis K. Thomas, President of Talking Properties, Inc. and Aniceto "Chito" Collantes, President of DCGR International Holdings, Inc.(DCGX-Pink Sheets) announced that Talking Properties, Inc. has rescinded the previous announced merger with DCGR International Holdings, Inc.
Effective immediately Talking Properties, Inc. is once again a private company. Thomas stated, "I believe in the best interest of the shareholders of Talking Properties, Inc. that this merger be rescinded at this time." Thomas further stated that, "Talking Properties, Inc. still had plans to become a public company but in a situation that would be more beneficial for its shareholders."
