This new website program will give home buyers who purchase a new home through this free service a (1%) one percent cash back rebate which is on top of any incentives the builder may provide and have a realtor represent them as their buyer’s agent.

Homebuyers who use our service will have the opportunity to help one of the well-deserved charities that we sponsor. The homebuyer chooses the charity and we will donate $250.00 to the charity out of our own commission once the home closes.

There is NO Cost to the homebuyer. We will provide a letter with the donation check recognizing the homebuyer as the reason for the donation.

·Habitat For Humanity Valley of the Sun - The mission of Habitat for Humanity is to eliminate substandard housing from the earth.
