Lee & Associates Closes $1.9 Million Lease Transaction For Cypress Land Company
Mike Tingus, senior vice president/managing principal, of Lee & Associate’s LA North/Ventura office and Randy Kobata, senior associate of the firm’s Calabasas office, represented the landlord, Cypress Land Company and the tenant, Foreign Trade Corp. (dba Technocel) was represented by Stuart Leibsohn of Delphi Business Properties.
“Technocel has outgrown its current 20,000 SF facility and will be moving to its new headquarters, which is 44,000 SF. The firm needed to move further out into the Simi Valley suburban market due to the scarcity of new, class “A” office properties available in the San Fernando Valley,” said Tingus. “The company relocated from West San Fernando Valley and will be joining an existing tenant, ITT Corp.
