Lee & Associates Closes $3.39 Million Lease Transaction
Kenneth Shishido, principal of Lee & Associate’s LA North/Ventura office, and Ken Gould, principal of the firm’s Newport Beach, Calif., office, represented the tenant, LA-Z-BOY Furniture Galleries. The landlord, Adobe/Avery Parkway LLC, was represented by Resource Commercial Real Estate.
“In addition to its prime location, located just off the 5 Freeway, the building was a better fit for the tenant’s needs,” said Shishido. “This will be an ideal site for La-Z-Boy's new generation format that will be developed nationally.”
