IMPERIAL REALTY ANNOUNCES WAUKEGAN LEASE AGREEMENTS

Al Klairmont, president of Imperial Realty, a Chicago-based real estate management and brokerage firm, announces the leasing of three Waukegan properties.

„X A 13,000 sq. ft. build-to-suit office building at 1930 North Lewis Avenue was completed and delivered to the Social Security Administration. That federal agency is the sole long-term tenant.

„X At Belvediere Mall, the Coin Laundry signed a long-term lease to operate the existing 3,316 laundromat and Jumbo Chinese Buffet Restaurant leased 8,000 sq. ft. of retail space for their new restaurant.

Founded in the 1950s, Chicago-based Imperial Realty Company is a family-
owned "hands-on" real estate management and brokerage firm which specializes in acquiring and redeveloping well located properties. Imperial also leases and manages quality commercial buildings. The company, which is committed to service, provides reasonably priced commercial space without compromising comfort or style.
