Penthouse Sells

Realtor John Mudd recently sold a penthouse unit in Sand Key's Crescent Beach Club Condo. It went for $540,000.

"The demand for these is fairly high," says Mudd, despite the cost to purchase a condo of this stature.

"If everyone could afford to buy one of these, you couldn't build them fast enough to satisfy the demand."
