Commercial Texas Represents Layer N Networks in the Renewal of 15,000 S.F. Lease
Commercial Texas LLC, a leading Austin-based commercial real estate services firm dedicated to providing clients with experienced and strategic real estate guidance, represented Layer N Networks, a network security solutions company, in the company’s recent lease renewal at Research Park Plaza, Building II. The Austin-based company has been at its present location since 2001.
“Our space has served our operations well,” stated Scott Perry, Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Layer N Networks. “Commercial Texas assisted us in negotiating a renewal that allowed us to continue in the space and decrease our overall costs.”
Russell Young of Commercial Texas represented the Tenant in renewing their existing lease. Mike Brown, with Cousins Properties, represented the Landlord.
