Customizable aerial photos and linemaps for residential and commercial real estate agents.

DonationChannel Inc. announces today the launch of a new service for real estate agents and brokers to provide high quality aerial and line maps that can be easily customized with the agent’s listings, picture and contact info to be used as marketing materials for any given property.

"We started the Realbird service in February with a free, dynamic aerial and topo mapping facility that can be easily integrated into any real estate website. Based on feedback from users we concluded that there is a demand for low-cost, high quality aerial and line maps that agents could customize for their clients." said Gabriel Gross, President and Founder of DonationChannel Inc. "Currently, their only options for line maps are using Mapquest or Yahoo maps – but these come with advertising messages. A few newer Web based MLSs do provide good aerial views, but these are of small size and not customized for an agent. With Realbird it takes now less than 3 minutes to purchase and customize a set of 6 great looking maps at 3 different zoom levels. Many maps come in great color. These maps can be printed out, or emailed to a client, or simply added through the provided URL link to an agent's website, thus providing a great marketing tool. The cost for a set of 6 maps is only $9.00"

The maps can also be downloaded and viewed on PocketPC compatible PDA devices.

The original Realbird service using USGS maps is still being offered to agents free of charge by the DonationChannel, Inc. with the purpose to entice real estate agents to donate to local schools via the DonationChannel.org website. A corporate version or realbird is also available for a modest licensing fee.

The Donation Channel website at http://www.donationchannel.org makes it very easy for real estate related professionals to sign up and commit to donate a percentage of their future real estate transactions to schools of their choice. In return, they gain the ability to promote themselves to their community with the "DonationChannel Seal of Contribution to the Community".
