Metro Detroit sees a revival in local area construction.

With so many new office properties scheduled for completion in Metro-Detroit's 2004-2005 season, three very exciting buildings are destined to become real winners with new tenants. These are Century Park Place (12,500 sq. feet) at 400 East Big Beaver Road in Troy, Clinton Office Center (46,000 sq. feet) at 43475 Dalcoma Drive in Clinton Twp. and Executive Place Offices (40,000 sq. feet) at John R and South Blvd. Roads in Rochester Hills. "I'm pleased to be representing these well-appointed properites to the general public" says Frederick J. Sosa, M.B.A., Senior Real Estate Advisor with The Hayman Company in Troy, MI. "What makes these properties really stand out, is that all three are designed with the same careful attention to details and high-quality standards that almost all business have grown to expect. Additionally, whether for general office or medical use, these attractive and well-positioned commerical buildings have been intentionally created to provide a much more professional and enjoyable working environment. As the old saying goes, first impressions are trully everything."

Also, one proposed new office development in Southfield, MI called Aureus Center II is currently site-planned approved for up 100,000 sq feet. A build-suit opportunity is available.

Mr. Sosa further states that all four office facilities are currently leasing with suites available from 1,500 sq feet to 100,000 sq feet. Attractive lease rates, ample parking, flexible floor plans and generous tenant improvement allowances are additional incentives.
