Tampa Bay Realtor Elected to Charter Membership in Real Estate CyberSpace Society
John M. Peckham III, Executive Director of The Real Estate CyberSpace Society has announced the election of John Mudd, a Realtor with EXIT Realty Suncoast to Charter membership in the Society.
Mudd says that Society membership brings national CyberSpace networking support to the Tampa Bay market area. Election to The Society provides members with the latest up to the minute evaluations of Real Estate CyberSpace strategies, tactics, tools, sites and services of particular value to real estate professionals and the clients they serve. Mudd already had a leg-up on other local agents with his web log (www.homeintampabay.com/johnmuddblog.html), which was featured along with Mudd in Florida Realtor Magazine's February edition and is syndicated by Moreover and Yahoo!, under the name "Tampa Bay's Inside Real Estate Journal" (www.insiderealestatejournal.blogspot.com). That, along with his website and e-marketing knowledge give him a marketing edge over many of his peers.
"Direct mail, social-viral marketing and yard-signs are great, but when it comes to getting exposure, the Web's by far the most effective, if you know how to use it," says Mudd.
"A social-viral marketing campaign conducted on the Web, alone, will likely produce better results than one conducted in a set, specific geographic region, but by combining all the available marketing elements, your results will naturally be spectacular, at least."
Mudd said he is dedicated to serving clients with the latest technological innovations enhanced by the services it receives through its participation in the Society. He is currently a candidate for the Real Estate CyberSpace Specialist designation.
