Rate Alert Simplifies the Mortgage Process

Finding a goal mortgage rate and program can often be a difficult process. MBS Mortgage Company, LLC can help you simplify your mortgage search through the use of the Mortgage Banking Solutions website at www.mbs-mortage.com. Borrowers can eliminate the need to search numerous vendors in order to receive the mortgage rate, points and corresponding program they would prefer.

The Rate Alert on the Mortgage Banking solution site allows a borrower to complete an online form in which they can indicate the rate and points they would like to receive. The program will then scan daily rates until it finds the program, rate, and points which meet the criteria. The borrower will then be notified when the target has been reached. The Rate Alert program can be found through the MBS website at www.mbs-mortgage.com.
