Pinewave Development Group Inc. Breaks Ground On Industrial Project in Ontario, CA.
"We received an amazing reception at Grove Avenue’s recent ground breaking event where more than 30 members of the Ontario community along with Rudy Zeledon, the City of Ontario’s planner, attended,” said Lester Ip, Vice President of Pinewave Development – the developer and owner of the project. “Grove Avenue Business Park’s high-image buildings and diverse user base continues to fulfill the City of Ontario’s vision of a new business park and will positively impact the surrounding communities by increasing economic stability with new businesses moving into the area as well as new jobs. Our goal is to have all the buildings sold before the project is completed.”
Located at 1405 Grove Avenue, Grove Avenue Business Park’s 10 industrial buildings range in size from 8,000 SF to 138,000 and are expected to be ready for occupancy by December of 2004. The two multi-tenant service/commercial buildings range in size from 11,000 SF to 16,600 SF and the two commercial pads are each one acre (43,560 SF) All the buildings will be designed as concrete tilt-up, state-of-the-art construction.
Grove Avenue Business Park’s master design plan was created by MacDavid Martinez Architects, Inc. of Tustin, and Marc DiGennaro of Lee & Associates’ City of Industry office and Paul Earnhart of Lee’s Ontario office are the exclusive leasing agents for the property.
