New Program Pays $10,000 Per Successful Lead
When a luxury homeowner's house doesn't sell right away, and many of them don't, some homeowners will let their listing in the MLS expire. These MLS expired listings are now a potential goldmine for brokers, realtors, appraisers, and anyone else who has MLS access.
Chicago resident Bill McMahon, working with a Texas corporation that buys luxury houses, is looking for luxury homeowners who need to sell fast, and who are willing to sell at a discount to have their problems solved. To find these motivated sellers, he is partnering with brokers, realtors, appraisers, and others with MLS access in all areas of the United States to find leads
in the expired listings of the MLS.
With the Expired Listings Goldmine Program, every lead that turns into a house that is bought and resold earns $10,000 for the person that sends in the lead. This is easy work, and there is no limit to how many times someone can earn $10,000. The expired MLS listings can now be a great resource for earning large fees for doing some simple detective work.
