Helping High Profile Clients Stay Low Profile When Buying Homes

Chicagoan Bill McMahon used to work as an extra on movies such as 'Natural Born Killers' and 'Home Alone 2' in Chicago. He remembers seeing the stars on the set, and wondering about how
hard it must be to retain your privacy. "I always wondered how they bought a home without everyone in the world knowing where they lived." Now McMahon works with some investors to help celebrities, CEO's, sports stars, entertainers, and others in the public eye conduct their home buying privately and efficiently.

How the business is conducted is unique, and it actually solves another problem. "We buy luxury homes from people who haven't been able to sell their home, and now they're at the point where they need to sell immediately. Sometimes life situations such as divorce, death, illness, IRS problems, or business failure put a lot of pressure on owners of these expensive homes."

When faced with these situations, many people are very motivated to sell. "As long as they are not listed with a realtor, we can usually solve their problem by quickly stepping in and buying their home. Of course, to be able to to this, the house needs to be sold at a discount, but most people in this situation don't have a problem with that, they just want to get the house sold quickly."

The houses are then sold to high profile clients with the utmost in privacy and secrecy. This solves two problems. The homeowner gets cash and is free to do what they want to do next, and the high profile home buyers have homes lined up to inspect and buy while their privacy remains intact.

"It's a great solution all around," says McMahon.

If you are interested in selling your luxury house please send an email to Bill McMahon at sell@rated-best.com Your home must be in great shape, valued over $1,500,000, and not currently listed with a realtor. Your privacy is guaranteed.
